The Pizzana Story
Pizzana was born in 2009 from a single, unwavering belief: that great pizza is an art form. Founded by Daniele Uditi, a Neapolitan chef who grew up rolling dough in his grandmother's kitchen, Pizzana set out to bring the soul of Naples to the heart of Los Angeles.
What started as a passion project in a modest kitchen on San Vicente Boulevard quickly became a community landmark. Our pizanna-inspired approach — slow-fermented dough, hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and imported fior di latte — resonated with Angelenos craving something genuine in a city full of imitations.
Today, Pizzana stands as a testament to patience, craft, and love. Every pizza we make carries the weight of tradition and the spark of innovation. We haven't changed our core recipe since day one — because some things are perfect just the way they are.
